Fastrackcity is fully-owned by FASTrack Iskandar Sdn Bhd, a 70:30 joint venture between FASTrack Autosports (Iskandar), a company controlled by Singaporean investor Peter Lim, and UEM Land Berhad, a subsidiary of UEM Land Holdings Berhad. FASTrack Iskandar is helmed by Barry Kan, a veteran in the super cars industry.

The award winning RSP Architects Planners & Engineers has been tasked to incorporate all the elements of motorsports and entertainment facilities into this hub, to transform Fastrackcity into a destination that will provide the “fast and furious” lifestyle enthusiasts crave.
